WOLFF STUDIOS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your Wolff Studios purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service with signature on delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
  

Not Eligible for Return

• Final sale, sample sale, and imperfect items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items returned outside the 30-day window or without original packaging may be declined.
  

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Gifts with Purchase

If returning an item that included a free gift (e.g. strap), both must be returned for a full refund.

Warranty

All Wolff Studios products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and workmanship defects, but does not include general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

Gift Cards

Non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
