2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST for Australian customers.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Orders cannot be amended once placed. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. SHIPPING

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days, provided they're unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale and sample items are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift with purchase items must also be returned for a full refund. Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only.

5. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

6. PROMOTIONS & SALES

Promotional offers are limited-time only and cannot be combined unless otherwise specified
Sale prices are final and cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or promotions
Discount codes (including Welcome or Birthday codes) do not apply to sale items
